An Appraisal Smart System License includes unlimited FREE training, coaching and support for the client-appointed Appraisal Smart Corporate System Administrator (normally an HR manager/member). This person is then required to feed that knowledge and skills through to the rest of the employees as necessary.

Although the Appraisal Smart System incorporates a Knowledge Base containing a big range of User Guides, Flash Tutorials and FAQs, some clients may prefer to fast-track employee (incl. managers) understanding of the system by requesting additional coaching or training by our consultants. This can be done one-on-one or in small-group settings at your own premises where possible (or online using WEBEX).

This is rarely required, as the system is very simple and user-friendly, but available as a service in any event.
