to make our online systems also affordable for smaller
companies that so far just could not afford similar
systems available today. This vision is reflected
in our pricing structure, with companies with as
few as 15 employees being able to have a sophisticated
web-based solution, normally only affordable for
bigger-budget organizations. |

| Directors |
William
Gresse (founder and CEO) has over 30 years experience
in Human Resources Management.
He has developed and facilitated numerous HR programs
and interventions over the years, priding himself
as an innovator who continually challenges the status
quo in search for new and improved ways of doing
things.
He obtained his BA Honours Degree in Training Management
in 1987, cum laude.
William has been custom-designing Employee Performance
Management and Review Systems for organizations
(large and small) since 1996. Appraisal Smart Pty
Ltd was established in early 2004, incorporating
his specialist knowledge and experience in this
HR discipline into the online Appraisal Smart, Goal
Management, Smart360, and Learning Management Systems.

Mike
Beek (Director, U.S. Operations) has over 30
years experience in the software industry in various
sales, sales management, and business development
roles.
Along the way, he successfully brought new products
to market throughout the United States and Europe
for publicly-traded companies like Oracle and Bolt
Beranek & Newman.
Mike has a B.S. in Finance from the University of
Maryland and an M.B.A. from Long Island University. |
